So what is there not to like, fried food and beer right in the title! Well I decided to give it another try at this food sharing thing. Yes I know its fried but if you execute it right there is little to worry about. That is what working out is for. This is my take on a good old fashion fish fry, spanish style.
1) 1 pound cod-fish cut into 4 inch pieces (to fit in your fryer).
a) 1/2 cup cornmeal
b) 1/4 cup flour
c) 1/4 cup corn starch
d) tsp garlic
e) tsp spanish paprika (adds color and spicy flavor)
f) tsp onion powder
g) tsp oregano
h) 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 cayenne pepper
i) pinch of salt & pepper
j) 1 bottle of beer
Before, heat vegetable oil to medium-high, (375 degrees). Time to flash fry.
Salt and pepper immediately after taking out the fryer, season to taste.
