Simple Mid-week Dinner Classic

Hello, tired of the same old dinner menu.  Well try this diner classic which takes minutes to do.  Also not to bad calorically and taste great! BLT with secret sauce and plantain chips.

Ingredients: Bacon, lettuce, bread of choice ,flattened flash fried plantains and cherry tomatoes (my daughters love cherry tomatoes not pictured).

Secret sauce: tbsp mayo, tsp sriracha sauce and pinch of garlic. (huge flavor)

Simple Mid-week Dinner Classic, BLT with secret sauce and plantain chips.

Ps, pairs well with any drink, I went with the King of Beers.
