Hello all. For you Jiu Jitsu junkies, Metamoris 4 is back 3 Weeks.  Six Exciting Grappling Matches. August 9, Andre Galvao and Chael Sonnen headline the card. It is suggested within the Jiu Jitsu community that Chael Sonnen is out of his league facing Andre Galvao at M4, and that just surviving 20-minutes in a submission-only competition against multiple time world champion, Andre Galvao, should be considered victory for the controversial wrestler.  And per usual Chael Sonnen,  “he needs to become a black belt in ONE WEEK!” Sonnen gives us an inside look at his personal life and training in preparation up to Metamoris 4.

Also on the card, heavyweight match between Dean Lister and Josh Barnett. I am a fan of both heavyweights so I am excited to see this match. Here is a video of both fighters training up to M4.
