Training 2013

Was a good week and the weekend is here.  Here is a little training reflection.

Day 17 of training. 

1 hour training BJJ @ AKB ClubAKB GYM

Some warm up

12 sparring matches 5 minutes each

* 3 rounds Kimura attacks

* 3 rounds Choking attacks

* 3 rounds Arm bar attacks

* 3 rounds free sparring

some technique study, butterfly sweeps and over under pass.

cool down.

1:45 hour Training at Gentleway Masters Judo Club

100 speed uchikomi (form practice left and right double collar uchi-mata variation)

10 nagikomi (throw practice left and right double collar uchi-mata variation)

3 x 3 minute rounds randori (tewaza sparring)

osotogari

5 minutes of cool down.

25 grams protein powder sport shake to recover.

Sprained my left latissimus dorsi muscle.  A little sore today but ok. Thank you to all my training partners.

Now looking forward to the next training session.

Time to cool off from the inside out. As always workout, drink be merry.
