Workout: the 100

The 100 workout, judo,bjj

I am going to try this routine, 3 times a week for the month of February. It is supposed to build leg strength and cardio.  Should take about fifteen to twenty minutes.  I am going to try during my next training session.  Let see the results. Give it a try.

Time to cool off from the inside out. As always workout, drink be merry.
